- What exactly counts as a "scan"?
- One photo of an ingredient label analysed end to end. Looking up a single ingredient by name does not count against your quota — that stays unlimited on every plan, including Free.
- When does my free quota reset?
- On the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). Three scans per month, hard cap — when they’re gone, scanning locks until reset or you upgrade.
- What is the $50/yr price lock?
- Through Aug 31, 2026 new annual plans stay $50/year. After that date we plan to list annual at $69/year for new subscribers. Lock in before the deadline.
- How do I cancel?
- Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription. Two clicks, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No phone call, no retention script.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — 14 days on SafePlate and Annual, 7 days on Monthly, including renewals, no reason required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
