  • Optic and otic vesicles (eyes + ears) forming.

  • Morning sickness peaks.
  • Extreme fatigue.
  • Food aversions.
  • Cramping similar to a period (usually normal).

  • Eat small frequent meals to manage nausea.
  • Stay hydrated — water, electrolyte drinks.
  • Rest more than usual.
