  • Tiny limb buds appearing.

  • Breast tenderness intensifies.
  • Fatigue.
  • Frequent urination beginning.

  • Confirm GP / midwife booking appointment (usually scheduled for 8-10 weeks).
  • Continue folic acid + vitamin D.
  • Cut caffeine to under 200 mg/day.
