Soft cheese on a pizza — pasteurised or not?

UK here. Ordered a margherita and realised the mozzarella might not be labelled. Restaurant said it's the normal pizza mozzarella and they use pasteurised, but I'm second-guessing.

Do you all just avoid soft cheese entirely or only the unpasteurised ones?

I ask every time now. Pizza mozzarella in the UK is usually pasteurised — the avoid list is more the soft ripened stuff (brie/camembert) if it's not marked. Still hate the ambiguity though.
