- Bigger bump pressing on lungs.

- Pubic symphysis dysfunction (SPD) possible.
- Trouble sleeping.

- Sleep with a pregnancy pillow.
- Slow + breathe deeply when short of breath.
- Discuss any pelvic pain with midwife.
