  • Brain regions developing rapidly.
  • Limbs in proportion now.

What you may feel

  • Movements more noticeable.
  • Bigger bump — pants no longer fit.
  • Heartburn worsening.
  • Possible dizziness when standing up.

  • Start maternity clothing.
  • Drink water + eat small frequent meals.
